- Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of course fees.
- Admission is non-transferable and applicable only to the enrolled individual.
- OctaLearn reserves the right to accept or decline any application without assigning reasons.
2. Course Delivery
- Courses are delivered via a hybrid model: AI-Powered Smart Classrooms + Online Access.
- Schedules, faculty assignments, and program structures may be modified for academic or operational reasons without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content including videos, study materials, designs, and assessments belong exclusively to OctaLearn.
- Students are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, sharing, or distributing any course material.
- Legal action may be taken against copyright violations.
4. Placement Support
- OctaLearn provides placement assistance but does not guarantee job offers.
- Final placement depends on student performance, skills, and interview clearance.
5. Code of Conduct
- Maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment is essential at OctaLearn.
- Behavioral Expectations: Any form of misbehavior towards faculty, staff, or fellow students will lead to immediate termination without refund.
- Academic Integrity: Engaging in unethical practices such as cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized use of materials, or malpractice will result in expulsion without refund.
- Respect for Property: Any damage to OctaLearn property will result in strict disciplinary action and the student will be liable for the cost of damages.
- Classroom Etiquette: Mobile phones should be on silent mode during sessions unless used for academic purposes. Any behavior disrupting the learning experience will not be tolerated.
- Dress Code: Students must maintain a neat, respectable appearance, especially during offline classes and activities.
6. Program Changes
- OctaLearn reserves the right to modify course content, batch timings, modules, fees, or policies at any time to maintain relevance and quality.
7. Limitation of Liability
- OctaLearn is not responsible for any business, employment, or financial outcomes after completion of the program.
- Use of AI tools, online platforms, and third-party integrations is at the student’s discretion and responsibility.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Chhattisgarh, India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
